Palestinian and Syrian children aged 12-16 years
The Chance to Learn project successfully engaged 101 out-of-school children aged 12–16 across three Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, offering tailored instruction in Arabic, English, mathematics, and life skills over six months. The project combined educational support with psychosocial care, including assessments, group and individual interventions, and parental awareness sessions. Facilitators used differentiated learning based on students’ academic levels, and students participated in arts and crafts to encourage creativity and self-expression. The project significantly improved students’ academic engagement, confidence, and social behavior, laying the foundation for continued support and reintegration into formal education in 2025.
