270 girls and young women aged 18 to 29 from Palestinian, Syrian and Lebanese nationalities.
The first cycle focused on life skills development, career counseling, and foundational English and computer literacy. Based on the outcomes of the career counseling sessions, participants advanced to the second cycle—vocational training tailored to their interests and local market needs. The final cycle offered job placement support, linking participants with internships, apprenticeships, or employment opportunities. Through this model, the project supported young women in making informed, independent, and sustainable career choices.
